Collect $100 or more in receipts from at least 3 different independently-owned businesses in Rogers Park & receive $25 back.
Collect $150 or more in receipts from at least 3 different independently-owned businesses in Rogers Park & receive $50 back.
All receipts must be from Nov 25 to Dec 31, 2016.
Drop off or mailed rebate forms with original receipts to 1448 W. Morse Ave. by Friday, January 13, 2017.
