Yesterday We Celebrated International Day of the Girl Child!

On December 19, 2011, United Nations General Assembly declared October 11 as the International Day of the Girl Child. This special day is now celebrated every year to recognize both the rights and the challenges of girls around the world.

At Asia Initiatives, we stand committed to ensuring that every girl's rights and potential are fulfilled and to engaging boys and men in our fight to achieve justice for all.
