Dear <<First Name>>,
Easter is already upon us and if you’re left with a feeling that time has passed by particularly quickly this year, you’re not mistaken. Unlike Christmas, Easter’s date fluctuates every year and in 2016 the date is the earliest its been in a decade!
As a general rule, Easter falls on the first Sunday that follows the first full moon after 21 March. The complex system used for determining this is based on a mixture of Egyptian, Roman and Hebrew cultures and calendars.
Not surprisingly, the Egyptians based their calendar on the ‘movement of the Sun’, which was also adopted by the Roman culture and consequently the early Christians. However, Judaism’s calendar is based on the ‘phases of the moon’.
So Easter’s date fluctuates due to an attempt to harmonise these solar and lunar calendars. The issue is further complicated as there is no one fixed way to calculate Easter, and in fact more than ten different formulas exist.
The most common date for Easter is 19 April, which of course makes this year very early indeed. The absolute earliest Easter can be is 22 March. However, it has not fallen on this date since 1818 and won’t fall here again until 2285.
The absolute latest day on which Easter can fall is 25 April. This last happened in 1943 and will next come round in 2038. So much for the trivia of Easter and why we find ourselves here so early this year!
At NST headquarters in Melbourne, Australia we have taken full advantage of the ‘no Easter in April’ calendar quirk and are gearing up for a busy month ahead with three workshops (Basic, Deep Cures and Advanced) all of which I will be teaching in Melbourne.
There’s not much respite after that either with a trip back to Europe in late April for more workshops in Italy, Switzerland, France, Belgium, England and Russia.
Although its only March I have also received several emails reporting remarkable outcomes using NST ranging from severe neurological cases where Deep Cures played such an important role to cases where babies of just 12 months old were helped to walk simply by using the baby protocol from the basic workshop.
I am truly grateful for all of your emails reporting cases and asking questions and I only wish that I had more time to answer them all in more detail. But please keep them coming as they add value and meaning to the ongoing NST fabric that will be forever growing and developing.
If an opportunity exists to attend a workshop this year then I strongly encourage you to get along and ask as many questions as you need to. Also remember that our DVD’s are always a great resource for honing and fine-tuning your NST work not to mention answering many of your questions!
And I am also planning to have the Able & Active workshop on DVD sometime in 2016 as well. The new medical images are already being prepared so any upcoming Able and Active workshop will have these automatically included in the workshop manual.
Meanwhile, perhaps now is a good time to take advantage of our Easter Specials for 2016! Check out the offers below.
Wishing you a wonderful Easter break whatever you are doing and in the ‘transformational’ spirit of Easter, may the rest of your year be truly exceptional!
Yours in Health!
