We can employ specially-abled person in hospitality industry like Hotel (Room service, waiter etc.) or data entry jobs which will help them to get employment. I have seen Lemon Tree Hotel group doing this across all their hotels. Differently abled person will have a card saying to communicate with him in sign language. I personally had a chance to met with them and i ordered my food by pointing at the dishes written on menu card and showing him with my fingers how many items i want. If a hotel can implement this why not government?
