     Join AFCEA Hawaii on Tuesday Sept 13th, 2016 for our monthly luncheon and hear from special guest speaker Captain Jody Grady, USCYBERCOM Liaison Officer to USPACOM.

     Captain Grady graduated from Georgia Tech in 1994 with a BE in Aerospace Engineering where he received his commission from the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps.

     He has most recently served as Chief Staff Officer of Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT) from February 2013 until August 2015.

Luncheons Open to the Public

AFCEA Hawaii luncheons are accessible to the public. You do not need a vehicle sticker or badge to get onto Fort Shafter. To get on base simply provide your drivers license, current vehicle registration and insurance card at the main gate to be issued a day pass.

Parking Options:

Parking often fills up rapidly after 1100 so an early arrival before 1100 works best. Several handicap spots are available under the entry Portico.

1. “Parking 1” above. Preferred: In front of Hale Ikena.

2. “ Parking 2” above: Adjacent to the golf course.

3. “Parking 3” above: In the gulch at the base of the entry road.

 

Please be mindful that AFCEA Hawaii  is under contract with the Club and will have to pay for no-shows.
REFUND POLICY: luncheon registration refunds will be paid to the payee only if the luncheon registration(s) is/are cancelled prior to the 4:00pm registration deadline on the Friday immediately prior the scheduled luncheon.  Cancellation notices must be received as an email by either the Vice President of Programs (programs.vp@afcea-hawaii.org) or the Treasurer (treasurer@afcea-hawaii.org) prior to the aforementioned 4:00pm registration deadline.

27 Aug @ 9AM-12PM - The Hawaii Cyber Patriot Program is hosting an Award Presentation and Mentor Orientation event at Leilehua Highschool. The program pairs mentors with highshool students to teach them cyber security fundamentals and skills. Each year there is a national competition to test the team's defensive abilities
