Full Tilt Rolling Out a Vegan Taco Truck

Full Tilt Ice Cream is expanding into the food truck business. The company plans to launch The Luchador Taco Co., which will hit streets later next month. The all-vegan menu on the truck will include tacos, tortas, and nachos, using faux meat items like Field Roast and plenty of veggies. Apparently the truck is planning to avoid taco-heavy White Center, Full Tilt's home base.
