Armed Robbery charges, Eagleby

Police have charged a man after an alleged armed robbery in Eagleby this morning.

It is alleged that the man entered a service station on Riverhills Road around 6am, presented a knife and demanded money from the female attendant.

No one was physically injured during the incident. Police conducted patrols of the area and located the man a short time later.

The 34-year-old Eagleby man was charged with armed robbery and is due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
