Sunday-The Father’s Day

A donation from someone who cares about the children in Haiti as much as you do changed the life of a father and his son…

A few years back, a farmer walked several hours down the mountains with his dying son searching for a glimmer of hope. He arrived at our clinic gate, overwhelmed with despair, because he did not believe his son would live. With a heavy heart, the father left his son in our care, not knowing when he returned if his son would still be alive. Two months later, the father returned to Real Hope for Haiti to check on his son. Staff told him where he could find his son, so he searched the room looking for him. The father was confused because he could not find his son, so one of our nannies pointed to the young boy. The father stood frozen in disbelief, as he did not recognize is own son, due to the transformation of his son’s appearance in just a short time.

After the shock wore off, and the reality that his son was going to live sunk in, the father said to one of our nannies that he wanted to hear more about God. The nanny was able to lead this father to the Lord that day!

About 2 months later, the father returned again to visit his son and told us that he had led over twenty people in his area to the Lord.

Without donors like you, Real Hope For Haiti would not have the resources needed to care for the sick and dying children that come to our clinic, like the little boy from the story above. Father’s Day is quickly approaching. If you would like to make a donation in honor of your father, Real Hope For Haiti would be delighted to send your father a card notifying him that a life saving and life changing donation was made in his honor.

If you would like us to send your father a card, please include your fathers name and address in the comment section on Paypal or include the information on a piece of paper if you prefer to send a donation by mail. Donations by mail should be addressed to: Real Hope For Haiti, 15215 Endeavor Drive, Noblesville, IN 46060 Here is the donation link
