Man Wanted For Placing Skimming Devices On Montgomery County ATMs

Authorities in the region are asking the public’s help in finding a man suspected of placing skimming devices on ATM machines in Montgomery County and Philadelphia.

Surveillance images released by the Philadelphia Police Department captured the shots of the man above. He is a white male with a beard and glasses with black frames.

In one shot he is wearing a shirt that says “You don’t know what I’ve been through.”

The suspect was observed on July 17 entering the 7-Eleven on 800 Walnut Street in Philadelphia and placing skimming device on a standalone ATM machine. The device was recovered, police said.

He is also known to have placed skimming devices on ATM machines on July 10 and July 26 in Philadelphia, and on several occassions throughout Montgomery County, according to police.

Police are offering a $3000 reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of this individual.
