Hwy. 40 (St. Clair Rd.) is open again north of Chatham at Countryview Line after a serious two-vehicle collision that took place at that intersection.
Provincial police say a Dodge Durango SUV collided with a transport truck at the intersection and caught fire.
Fire crews were able to extinguish the blaze quickly, but a woman inside the SUV and a man inside the truck at the time of the crash were both taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
