Police are investigating a serious injury traffic crash on a private road in Duingal this morning.
Initial information suggests a teenage girl on a motorcycle has lost control after struck a rock and was thrown from the bike at around 8.15 am.
The girl was transported to the Bundaberg Base hospital with serious head injuries.
