At just 25-year-old, curvaceous Pixee Fox has spent £80,000 on 15 operations on her bottom, breasts, nose, eyelids and brow.
Her most recent and shocking operation saw her have six ribs removed to slim-down her tiny waist.
The model's goal is to transform herself into a real-life Jessica Rabbit. And after having her lower ribs removed, the busty beauty's measurements have gone from 30-24-34 to 38-16-39.
She is also the proud owner of a painfully thin 16-inch waist. "I am transforming myself from human to living cartoon," said the former electrician from Stockholm in Sweden.
And with platinum blonde hair, huge boobs and a minuscule waist, the 5ft 4in beauty certainly looks like a real-life animation.
Pixee underwent the five-hour keyhole surgery to remove her bones in Indianapolis. After the operation, she ignored the advice of six weeks for recovery and was back wearing corsets just two days later.
She now wear the tight-fitting garment 24 hours a day and only takes it off to shower.

Although it's only usually undertaken for medical reasons, Pixee managed to get Dr Barry Eppley to perform the cosmetic procedure.
But it's far from her first operation – Pixee's other procedures have included nose and boob jobs and a Brazilian butt lift.
The butt lift used fat from her own body to naturally augment and shape her bottom.
Back in July, Pixee wrote on her blog: "It will keep me lying on my stomach for two weeks straight. It is a big procedure – and yes I have had to gain weight in order to get it done."
The butt surgery, which she had done in America, took four hours and Pixee explained that it was impossible to find a good sleeping position on her stomach because of her breast implants.
Pixee, who now lives in North Carolina, says she gets her body inspiration from characters including Sleeping Beauty, Holli Would and Jessica Rabbit.
"Those cartoon characters represent the idealisation of the female body," she told the Daily Mail. "I want to have the tiny waist, the butt, big boobs, big eyes and a really pretty face."
"People often come up to me and say, 'Don't take this the wrong way, but you look like a cartoon'. But for me that's a compliment – that's what I want to achieve."

Through her blog and posting images of her body in skimpy outfits, she has managed to gain 70,000 followers on Instagram.
Next year she's planning bottom, hip and eyelash implants and fat removal to make her cheeks pop.
She has even set up a GoFundMe page so people can donate towards her pricey surgeries.
On the site she write: "Being a plastic doll is 'high maintenance' so everything helps!"
After her recent surgery, Pixeeis unable to eat heavier food like meat and bread and has to restrict her diet to vegetables, fruit and nuts.
