Crackdown on foreign drivers who dodge UK parking fines

Private debt collection firms are being hired by a number of councils to recover unpaid parking fines issued to foreign drivers.

The Local Government Association has told the BBC that authorities are losing millions of pounds a year because drivers from other EU countries are difficult to trace.
