It's Workshop Time!!

Keeping Clear in Your New Year is my first workshop in NY of 2017.
I really excited to share with you a new perspective on manifestation. I've given up on vision boards & serious goal setting and yet my life is more successful than its ever been!
 
In this class we will combine Essential Oils and Human Design. I'm going to teach you how to connect to the energy of your own personal signature to get the maximum from your life without all the stress and anxiety of the old paradigm of manifestation. 

When is it: Saturday 28th January 2017
Time: 2:00pm-4:30pm 
Location: Bowery Yoga - 302 Bowery #3 (Between Houston and 1st)

In this hands on class Catherine will teach you how to combine essential oils and simple practices that will aid you to lean back in your life, (rather than you leaning forward “ trying” to make things happen) and allow yourself to live from a space of alignment and a deep and clear connection.
