At Baby Sensory we love the spring because that's the time all our wonderful Class Leaders get nominated for a What's On 4 Junior Award! It is such a positive message knowing that, while we absolutely love what we do, you do too! We would love to win again, but just being nominated already makes us so proud.

 

This April we are also celebrating the launch of two new businesses; Mini Professors (up for Best New Franchise) and Baby Foundations. Teaching our future scientists is the passion of Emily and Sophie and seeing little ones in lab coats is very cool! 

Baby  Foundations is the culmination of Dr. Lin Day's study and is sure to be a very informative programme for expecting parents. Details of both can be found on our website  www.babysensory.com.

 

Finally, as the temperatures rise and flowers come out, our signature song 'Say Hello to the Sun' makes even more sense. Get out and enjoy the spring with your children but do watch out for the UV and keep them hydrated.

  Boogie Beat Music & Movement 

Boogie Beat Music & Movement was established by two school friends Nicky Attwood and Lisa Langford in May 2000, running energetic and fun music and dance classes for children six months to five years across the UK.

 

We believe that we are a unique music and movement business, as our classes/workshops and parties are very active and lively, and  incorporate dance themes based on traditional fairy tales and nursery rhymes such as Jack and the Beanstalk, Three Little Pigs, Goldilocks and The Gingerbread Boy, using all our own music and illustrations.

 

Beautiful puppets are used from our Toy Box, to sing songs, both traditional and new. Various large visual props are introduced throughout the session to engage the children and beautiful illustrations are used to enhance their imagination.

 

We are thrilled with the success of Boogie Beat Music & Movement, having started with one class almost 15 years ago, due to popularity and demand we now have franchises throughout the UK.

Catch-a-Balls Surrey 

Research has shown that children who learn good sports skills at a young age maintain a higher level of fitness during their life. This is because they have a higher confidence in their sporting ability and have learnt to enjoy exercise. However, most children cannot cope with the rules, team work and strategy associated with a specific sport until about 7 years old. So what's the solution? Multi-sports classes specifically designed for pre-schoolers which develop movement and balls skills such as rolling, throwing, catching and using bats.

diddi dance is a funky pre school dance class for boys and girls ages 18 month to 4 years.

  

Learn co-ordination, rhythm and great moves to original pop songs. We explore different dance styles every half term including salsa, hip-hop, disco and jive! We also use props to help with learning colours including pom poms, tap sticks, dancing ribbons and hula-hoops!

Jo Jingles Music & Movement Sessions across the UK!  

At Jo Jingles we offer really fun music and movement sessions for babies and children aged 3 months to 5 years. Our weekly themed programmes are carefully developed to be age appropriate, and structured to work in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. Children instinctively move when they hear music and research suggests that physical movement is important for brain development.

Various studies show that memory of words and music are further enhanced by physical movement and singing. Research even suggests that the earlier music is introduced to a child the more potential that child will have for learning.
