Leap - (ISD-255779)

4/11/24 update: Any data entered into Leap applications between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm on April 5th is not in the system and cannot be recovered.
Original: Leap outage 4/5 1pm-11pm. System had to be restored as of 11am. Potential loss of data being investigated.

Shibboleth -SSO - (ISD-250394)

ITS is performing a migration on the Single Sign-On System (SSO), a portion of the Legacy SSO System (Shibboleth) has been taken offline.

If you have had any SSO services interrupted, please email iam@uconn.edu or techsupport@uconn.edu. In your email, please include the name of the service/application you are experiencing issues with, along with the SSO URL.

At some point during May 2024, we will be officially retiring https://shibboleth.uconn.edu/idp/shibboleth so if you have any SSO services using Shibboleth we ask that you reach out to IAM as soon as possible before May.

OneDrive/SharePoint - (ISD-242984)

04/08/24 update: We continue to actively work with Microsoft on this issue and they have applied the first of 2 patches to our environment. Preliminary reports are positive, and files appear to be searchable after upload. However, there is currently no ETA on when the 2nd patch will be applied.
03/26/24 update: Microsoft has responded indicating their patch did not resolve the issue as anticipated. They have reached out to us and call is setup for tomorrow (3/27) morning.
Original: We are aware of an issue with search indexing on files uploaded to Microsoft SharePoint sites. Symptoms include incomplete and/or disappearing search results when pages reload. This is also impacting services like KnowledgeLake that use SharePoint for storage.

Schedule Builder - (ISD-215933)

Schedule Builder is currently having intermittent issues with enrollment and search for some classes. If you experience problems, please use Class Search and Enroll for enrollment and/or Dynamic Class Search for searching for classes.
