On Sunday 2nd August 2015, I will be taking part in the Prudential Ride London-Surrey  and cycling 100 miles to raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research UK.

Each and every one of us have in some way been affected by Cancer, and completing this ride seemed an excellent excuse to raise as much money as I possibly can for a charity that is close to my heart.

Please give as much as you can, and if you are around London on the day come and cheer me and the other 20,000 or so other people taking part along. Alternatively meet me and Catherine for Tea and Medals, plus more fund raising activity, at our Pub The Telegraph at The Earl of Derby, SE14 5LW later in the afternoon.
