I'm holding an impromptu Reiki share tomorrow at The Old School House in Shaftesbury for those of you who may not have spotted it on Facebook. A little last minute but do come if you have a spare evening. The cost for this session is £12 and it would be great if you could let me know if you'd like to come along. I will also be holding another Reiki share on a Saturday or Sunday in October so I'll send the date out for that shortly.

You may be at the very beginning of your Reiki journey with Level One or have a Level Two, Master or Teacher attunement. Reiki Classes
Reiki Share Afternoons These sessions don't involve formal teaching but provide an opportunity to practice using your Reiki with others with support and guidance for me. They are open to anyone with any level of Reiki attunement and there may also be a few spaces available for those who haven't yet received a Reiki attunement but are interested in finding out more and receiving some Reiki from my students.
These sessions are particularly useful for those who have completed their first attunement very recently to provide ongoing support with their practice or if you were attuned a while ago and feel you need a bit of help with your confidence in using Reiki with others but everyone is welcome.
Possible dates are listed below. If you are interested in coming I’d be grateful if you could let me know all the dates you would be available for: -Monday 25th September - 6.30-8.30pm, £12
-Date in October tbc (Saturday or Sunday from 2-5pm, £15)
Reiki Level One Attunement This class is suitable for complete beginners who have never received an attunement for any level of Reiki. I am hoping to run classes on some or all of these dates. Please let me know which dates you could be available for. If you are interested in this course but don't see a date that you can attend please let me know. This course will run from noon to 5.30-6pm and the cost is £170. Payment can be made in instalments for this class and do let any friends know who may be interested in learning Reiki. -Sunday 8th October - Two spaces available

Reiki One Refresher Course - *NEW CLASS* Following my recent training in California I am excited to offer this refresher course for Reiki Level One, which will include the changes I have made to my teaching curriculum but does not include the attunement ceremony itself. You are very welcome to attend this class if you have any level of Reiki attunement from One to Master!
This class is ideal if you:
-Would like to improve your confidence using your Reiki.
-Don't get round to using Reiki as often as you'd like.
-Feel you have forgotten things you were taught - no-one remembers everything!
-Fancy spending an afternoon immersed in the wonderful world of Reiki.
-Think you may wish to use your Reiki professionally or teach it at some point.
I am hoping to run this course on some or all of the dates below. If you're keen to attend and these dates don't work for you please let me know and I'll look at other options. This is an afternoon course from 1-5pm and the cost is £65

Reiki Level Two Attunement - Practitioner Level This class is suitable for those who have already completed a Level One Reiki Attunement and have a committed Reiki practice. It is ideal for those wishing to deepen their understanding of Reiki or if you are considering using your Reiki in some kind of professional manner. The Reiki doesn't change but I have also made some exciting changes to this curriculum following my advanced training in California earlier in the year.
Where the focus of a level one class is on self-care, this level splits its attention between Reiki as both a self-care practice and an advanced-care practice. While this is a practitioner level training with which students could decide to begin a Reiki practice it is not a requirement that you are considering using your Reiki in a professional capacity.
This is a two day course and the cost is £320. Payment can be made in instalments for this class. There may be opportunities for advanced students, level two or above, to join this class without receiving the attunement for a reduced cost.

Reiki Level Two Refresher Class - *NEW CLASS* This class is suitable for those who have already completed a Level two Reiki Attunement and have a committed Reiki practice. It is ideal for those wishing to consolidate the deeper understanding that they gained at their Level Two Attunement. This would also be ideal if you would like to experience my new curriculum or are considering using your Reiki in some kind of professional manner. This is a one day course, which does not include an attunement ceremony and the cost is £90.

This is a great book, written by my colleague and teacher, which I am thrilled to stock in my online store. I would recommend it equally to those with an existing Reiki practice or those who just want to know more. Both Master and novice will have much to gain. I also have copies at both offices. Understanding Reiki: From Self-Care to Energy Medicine answers long-standing questions, fills in blanks where information is lacking and lends correction where misinformation has been accepted as part of the understanding and practice of Reiki today.
It provides easy to understand insights and considers Reiki in the context of Energy Medicine rather than as a spiritual practice. From this vantage a deeper understanding of what affects human healing emerges and the role Reiki plays in human health and self-care becomes clear.
It is of value to all humans, whether interested in alternative healthcare or not, because Reiki and Energy Medicine are not “alternative” practices. They are, in simple terms, what is missing in self-care today. This book is an enjoyable read that will engage and surprise the reader as it brings forward lost information that is essential in understanding human health. It forms a key part of my Reiki classes so it can be helpful to read it before your attunement.
