Every year, tens of thousands walk the
Camino de Santiago - an epic
pilgrimage in Northern Spain to the Cathedral of Santiago, where the remains of the apostle St. James the Great are believed to be buried!
After teaching for more than a decade, traveling in over 35 countries,
cookbook author and culinary instructor Chef Yosmar will join Kitchen Table to share tales of travel and teach recipes from her new cookbook, Tastes of the Camino.
With Jamon from León, Paella from Valencia, and Tarta from Galicia, this class will take your tastebuds away to the Camino!
Under the expert guidance of Chef Yosmar, you will learn how to make:
Pan Con Tomate y Jamon Serrano (Toasted Bread w/ Tomato & Serrano Ham)
Paella with Chicken and Shellfish (Traditional Valencian Rice Dish)
Tarta de Santiago (St. James Almond Tart)
The class includes a copy of her cookbook, which has recipes from the Camino and has been named the best self published book in the world by Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
