In the words of Judge Kaye:

Every child in our country is entitled to an education sufficient to permit her to lead our great nation through this new century. We must continue to strive to provide better supports for our children to allow them to succeed – to nurture and help them achieve their dreams and aspirations. Only then will we have met our responsibility of not only keeping our children safe but also encouraging them to thrive and be successful.

If you have heard me speak before, it's likely that you have heard me say that our work and our purpose are so important because what we do today – what we do right now – for our children as well as what we plan to do affects ‘our children’s future – and ours too.’ So let’s get to work.
