“Everybody’s replaceable.”

“Lifetime” star Abby Lee Miller instated this mantra to her dance students since 2010, but now the tables have turned. Miller recently quit dance on March 26 after “Dance Moms” wrapped up its seventh season.

Known for her harsh teaching and intimidating personality, Miller made “Dance Moms” the  popular reality television show viewers know it to be. The show has been a hit, but Miller developed a few legal issues throughout her time on the show.

Back in December 2010, Miller filed for bankruptcy and owed more than $400,000 in taxes. Then in 2015, Miller was indicted of fraud for creating a secret bank account used to hide income from her master classes, TV deals and merchandise sales. She  pleaded guilty and will be sentenced to five years under the bard on May 17.

However, Miller’s reasons for quitting “Dance Moms” bears no correlation to her fraud. The real reason Miller claims to have left the show was due to the poor respect and behavior of the producers.

Miller explains on her Instagram post, “I don’t have a problem working with any kid, I love children and have dedicated my life to making other people’s children successful! I JUST HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BEING MANIPULATED, DISRESPECTED, AND USED – DAY IN AND DAY OUT BY MEN WHO NEVER TOOK A DANCE LESSON IN THEIR LIVES AND TREAT WOMEN LIKE DIRT!”

In addition, Miller complains about the credit she never receives for the award winning routines, innovative ideas, themes and costuming she produces. This deficit of credit is a huge contributor to her sudden departure.

Though the most important cast member is leaving, “Dance Moms” might still continue for an eighth season. Cheryl Burke, a professional dancer who appeared on multiple seasons of “Dancing With the Stars”, is now Abby’s replacement and has already begun working with the dancers.

In an interview with “Entertainment Tonight”, Miller states, “I’m glad that someone who has worked on a network show for as long as [Burke] has is going to see what I’ve been working with for seven seasons.”

Despite her reputation of a hardened personality, Miller has been a hysterical mess. Talking about her issues with the media triggers the waterworks. These teary displays have been noted as hypocritical, as she always told  her students to, “save [their] tears for the pillow.”

Miller has been a worldwide sensation and, unfortunately, this might be the end. With the reality of the big house approaching, she may have reached the peak of her career.. This could be the end of Abby Lee Miller.
