TRAVEL THE COFFEE TRAIL

Update: September 27, 2018
*Even though the free mug program for completing the trail has expired, the Joe in the Yo Trail  is still a fun trail to take if you enjoy sampling local coffee brews.

Coffee Lovers Encouraged to travel Joe in the YO Coffee Trail

The Mahoning County Convention & Visitors Bureau is introducing the Joe in the YO Coffee Trail. The Trail encourages coffee lovers to visit our local coffee shops, and enjoy some really delicious coffee creations.

“Coffee is quickly becoming the most popular drink in the country. The CVB has created a Passport that coffee lovers can pick up at our local participating coffee shops, or download from our website, www.youngstownlive.com/coffee.” said Linda Macala, executive director of the Mahoning County Convention & Visitors Bureau. “With passport in hand, we encourage coffee lovers to visit our local coffee shops, purchase the coffee of their choice and get their passport stamped. Once they’ve collected four stamps, the first 200 participants can redeem their passport for a Joe in the YO travel mug.” Redemption centers are: Branch Street Coffee Roasters, 1393 Boardman-Canfield Rd., Boardman, and Stone Fruit Coffee Company, 8414 Market Street, Boardman. “Those locations were chosen for their extended hours, to make it easy for participants to get their travel mug.” she added.

Participating Coffee Shops include: Joe Maxx Coffee Company, Pressed Coffee Bar & Eatery,

Branch Street Coffee Roasters, Stone Fruit Coffee Company (Boardman & YSU Campus locations), High Octane Coffee Company, Peaberry’s Cafe & Bakery, and The Daily Grind-Boardman. Addresses are listed on the passports.
