Barkingly, today the humans celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birth and life of a man who was an influencial American civil rights leader.   Paws, he is best known for his campaigns to end racial segregation and to support equality in the United States.

Sometimes, I don't understand the human race.  It seems they don't know how to get along with each other, be friends and listen to each others opinions without barking. Why can't they do like me and have friends from all different races, from all over the world.  I've got friends who are Black Labrador Retrievers, Chocolate Labrador Retrievers, Yellow Labradors Retrievers, Rottweilers, Chihuahua's, Saint Bernard's,  Yorkshire Terriers, Maine Coon's, Siberian's, and so many more- I love them all- another lesson I bark for humans to learn!  WOOFS!!!

Here are a few pawsome quotes Martin Luther King, Jr.!

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.

We may have all come on different ships,
but we're in the same boat now.

I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.

Life's most persistent and urgent question is,
'What are you doing for others?'

“A lie cannot live.”

“Let no man pull you so low as to hate him.”

“Never succumb to the temptation of bitterness.”
