WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON NOW THAT YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT?

I am so fired up right now – I am simultaneously launching my new book and platform Extreme YOU at the same time as getting underway as the CEO of Flywheel Sports. Every day I am surrounded by some of the world’s greatest bad-asses looking to help people all around them to achieve their greatest goals.

HOW DO YOU PRESS PAUSE?

With Netflix or going to the movies. Nothing I love more than transporting myself away into other worlds and lives to get both perspective and inspiration.

WHAT DID YOUR 8-YEAR-OLD SELF LOVE DOING?

Singing and performing.

IF YOU COULD HAVE ONE MAGIC POWER WHAT WOULD IT BE?

To rid the world of cancer.

WHAT MAKES YOU FORGET TO EAT?

When I am so busy in meetings with my team and I just get so engrossed in the work and the conversation.

WHAT 3 THINGS WOULD YOU GRAB IN A FIRE?

My photo albums – I know that is old school but I love them. My diaries from when I was in my teens and twenties. My panda – I have had him since I was 7!

WHAT IS THE HARDEST THING YOU’VE EVER DONE – YOUR GREATEST CHALLENGE?

Giving birth to 3 kids in a span of 5 years in 3 different states due to job promotions and relocations

FAVORITE WORD?

Aroha– Its Maori for LOVE. I love what it means and how it rolls off the tongue.

FAVORITE WORK OF ART?

Mozart’s Requiem Mass. It just stirs the spirit.

FAVORITE BOOK?

Long Walk To Freedom by Nelson Mandela. It reminds me every day that without courage, and resilience does not come great progress.
