The 2017 Farmer's Almanac has arrived in a special 25th Anniversary Issue and we have got a whole lot of Hamilton, from new fiction like The Hamilton Affair to the book on the musical that has rocked the world!

 

Our Nantucket Bookworm this week is Lauren Marttila. She is currently reading Modern Lovers by, Emma Straub.    

" The characters have a sense of authenticity and refreshing honesty, which contrasts well with the slightly far-fetched story of a band entitled "Kitty's Mustache."

Lauren loved the book Blueberries for Sal and The Nancy Drew Mysteries as a child and picked A Little Life and The Expatriates for her favorite books of 2016.
