Amongst the stolen jewellery was Kim’s Lorraine Schwartz 20-carat, emerald-cut, second diamond engagement ring from husband Kanye West.

Kim received the upgraded piece of jewellery from Kanye as celebration after he closed a deal with Adidas to sell his YEEZY line of clothing.

The single ring alone is believed to be valued at £3.2 million.

Discussing the terrifying raid, the night porter at Kim’s Parisian apartment who led gunmen to her door has reportedly told her his level head kept both of them alive.

The concierge pointed the gang of masked robbers to the star’s flat when they burst into the luxury apartment block in Paris earlier this week.

The unnamed man claimed the robbers tricked him into opening the door simply by telling him over the intercom: “It’s urgent – we must see Miss Kardashian.”

He has since fallen under suspicion, with talk of an inside job and cops reportedly probing inconsistencies in his story.

But he has apparently credited his calm head with saving both their lives in an open letter to the reality TV star.

France’s Closer magazine reports him as saying: “Dear Kim, when you feel the cold steel of a gun at your neck, it is the moment when remaining calm can mean the difference of life or death, both our lives.

“I hope you are feeling better.”
