Best Spots For Your Next Corporate Party

August 31, 2016

Just because you wear a suit and work a 9-5 doesn’t mean that you don’t know how to party. In fact, folks with a stable job are perhaps the most likely to party. From letting loose at happy hour to corporate parties, people who work hard, party hard.

In case you’re someone who works in corporate who’s looking for places in New York City to host your next office shindig, we’ve got you covered.

KOA-099

Koa

If you’re looking for a casual, but sexy and fresh vibe, then Koa is the place for your corporate party. It’s in the Flatiron District, which is likely near your office and if it’s not, take an Uber or taxi and expense it.

Inside, there’s a large bar at the center (which is important if you work in an office), a semi private room (for all those things that happen at the corporate party that need to stay at the corporate party) and honestly, if you’re balling out of control, you can reserve the entire space.

Suite 36

Doesn’t this place just sound like the kind of venue you should have a corporate party? That’s because it is. It’s a restaurant, but they also dabble in nightlife, offering more than enough space (there’s and upstairs lounge perfectly suited for a private party) for Tiffany in accounting to finally hook up with Jeff from the mailroom, or whatever.

 Fulton10

121 Fulton

This American bar & grill serves up a special event space, but also is a full-scale restaurant. It’s located in the heart of the Financial District, so it’s very convenient for the Wall Streeters of the world. The best part about this venue is that it offers several private rooms for your corporate celebrations.

And here’s the thing about those private rooms—there’s two separate dining areas, three separate entrances, a full-bar area in front and a million and one (ok, we’re exaggerating) seating options. But who’s going to be sitting at a party, it’s not the office!

Sky Terrace

This is one of NYC’s most decadent and interesting venues. It’s NYC’s best kept secret. The rooftop has a Parisian feel up above the 15th floor. In fact, the view of the Hudson River would likely be the talk of the whole party (unless Kim the receptionist is in rare form). Seriously, you can see the Statue of Liberty. Every corporate party needs that kind of view.

Atwood

Oh, you fancy huh? Having a corporate party at Atwood just screams class and sophistication, until you have that 4th cocktail that you thought you could handle. This Midtown East venue is surrounded by plenty of offices and is sure to be near yours. They’re bringing back old New Yorkmonarch_profile

Monarch Rooftop

Who doesn’t want to have a corporate party on a rooftop? This is 5000-square feet of sexy views and cool NYC breezes. You’re smack dab in the middle of Midtown, which is super convenient for any and all corporate workers. The indoor-outdoor vibe offers up a easy breezy feel that might lead you to drink way too many cocktails, but it’s fine because…it’s more than likely on the house. Yay for corporate cards!
