Our entire experience att Summit CarStar was exceptional. From the estimate (kudos to Deven) to the repairs to the completion of the job communication was exceptional. We were informed daily on the progress that was being made. That helped to get a sense of when they were nearing completion. The job was finished 3 days before the date we were originally told it was to be done. We were very pleased with the quality of the repairs. Never would have known it had been in an accident. We appreciated how clean the car was both inside and out. An unexpected attention to detail that was certainly noticed. The main person we interacted with was the receptionist (Sorry I did not get her name) at the front desk. She could not have nicer or more accommodating. We would without hesitation recommend Summit CarStar!!!

The communication from Jim (I think that is his name). Was fantastic. Also knowing where it was in the process was great. Setting expectations with the customer is paramount in your industry and you did well.
