Busty Lacey was famed for her quest to achieve the world's biggest boobs by undergoing over 100 procedures.
She believes the universe instructed her to inflate her breasts so she could become famous and have a platform to help people spiritually.
Now the surgery addict has traded in her glamorous lifestyle to live the humble existence of a spiritual medium.
Mum-of-six Lacey said: "Everything happens for a reason and I know I was supposed to have huge boobs to help the world one soul at a time.
"I am one of the fakest people on the planet - but that doesn't mean I can't be spiritualistic."
Now the 46-year-old has swapped glossy photo shoots for palm readings, tarot cards and crystals - under the pseudonym 'Ghostbusty'.
Lacey, whose real name is Paula Thebert, said: "I was living as a glamour model and TV star, but I wasn't happy because I didn't need to go out there and search for happiness - I needed to go inside myself."
She said she has always had supernatural gifts but after becoming romantically involved with a shaman priest called Greg two years ago Lacey decided to embrace her powers.
Lacey said: "I had near-death experiences as a child and I think that is what caused me to have these abilities.
"I once refused to get in a car that crashed and killed the passenger and another time I fell down a well.
"As long as I can remember I've tried to hide this side to me but my ex-boyfriend made me realise it was something to be embraced."
Now Lacey thinks nothing of passing on messages from the other side to strangers in the street.
"If someone touches me I can tell instantly if they are sick or evil," she revealed.
"If I get a feeling about something or a message from the other side I will pass it on.
"I told one woman she had to go and get a mammogram and it turned out she was suffering from breast cancer. She told me later that I saved her life."
She believes that her children have inherited her powers says that her daughter Jenaveve is a spiritual "healer".
Lacey also said she can predict the future, claiming that Japan will have a "really big earthquake" and there will be a "big downfall in Wall Street" as soon as the next US President is elected.
One thing she can confidently predict though is that her boobs will get bigger.
Lacey said: "I am going to get more surgeries. I think that a lot of people think, "oh what an ego", but the truth is - I am fake, but I am also spiritual, and why can't I be both?
"We need to stop judging everybody. Everybody is on a journey, and they are exactly who they are supposed to be."
