Tom Brady is suspended for the first four games of the NFL season because he was found to have more probably than not deflated footballs and was uncooperative in the NFL’s ensuing investigation.

Fans of Brady, and the New England Patriots have begun protesting the decision in various remarkable ways. Newlyweds Paul and Kellie Goodrow are protesting in a way that is equal parts remarkable and absurd.

The couple told CBS Boston that they will not be taking their honeymoon to Bermuda for as long as Brady is suspended.

Goodrow added to CBS Boston that: “Until Brady is back on the field, that’s the way it is. I’ve been a fan my whole life, since 1982. Actually, I have tattoos of Tom Brady on my body.”

This might be the stupidest thing. Tom Brady is probably going to go to Bermuda, or somewhere else tropical and awesome while he’s suspended, and the Goodrows should too. Sure, Paul has Brady tattoos of Tom Brady and things between him and the Patriots quarterback are extremely serious in his mind, but that shouldn’t stop him from going to Bermuda.

Go to Bermuda with your new wife, Paul. Tom Brady will be okay.
