Every Saturday HCM's Market @ The Mill features Hawaii grown fruits, vegetables, flowers, plants and other Hawaii-grown farm and value-added products. All vendors, or their representatives, sell products grown on local farms or value added products using Big Island grown produce.

Stop by the HCM booth and get your fresh roasted coffee and drinks to go along with your food from tailgate808. Hilo Coffee Mill's booth will have great items like fresh macadamia nut butter and don't forget our farm fresh eggs (when our hens are laying). You can actually see  the 'producers' on site.

Inside the cafe, we offer even more great choices.  Our friendly staff would love to give you samples of our coffee and candy or whip you up one of our signature coffee milkshakes.

Shopping at a Farmers Market helps us build a relationship with our environment.

We wish to keep our Market growing and thriving by supporting and sharing with our community. Our vendors change often so be sure to stop by and see what's new.

If you wish to be a vendor or know someone who does, come join us. Giving folks free booth space has been a real winner, for them and for you.

Vendors must have agricultural products or value added products. Drop-ins are welcome but a phone call ahead of time to let us know is a good idea. 968-1333 ask for Allen or Jeanette.

They have just added bees wax lip balm. Come early for the best selection. They are sure to sell out quickly.
