This week we have some gorgeous new architectural renderings to share with you! Our local project architects, HA Architecture have been busy dreaming up some new designs in addition to our existing plans for The Cedars Ranch. Check these out … We think you’re going to love them as much as we do ... !! The Bridal/Honeymoon Cabin This beautiful deluxe cabin will be nicely nestled among our Live Oaks, and adjacent to our outdoor wedding ceremony site. It will feature a large brightly lit and contemporary open-plan living space, ideal for bridal and bridesmaid preparation the morning of the wedding. The bridal/honeymoon cabin will also be available to rent to the lucky newlyweds! It will be the perfect Texas Hill Country love nest, with king-size bed, secluded outdoor garden tub and outdoor fireplace. Wow! We love it!! Here’s the cabin from another angle. The stonework on the façade will be on theme with the stonework throughout the site. As you know from our garden pathways, raised beds and gazebo, we have some beautiful stone available on our site to use in our landscaping and buildings. And just in case you thought this cabin was only for the bridal party and newlyweds, it's not! It can be rented year round, to anyone wishing to stay at The Cedars Ranch! So keep that in mind! Caretaker’s Cabin Called the “caretaker’s cabin” or the “family cabin”, this will be a slightly larger cabin, designed to be our new Cedars Ranch home! As you can imagine, we are very much looking forward to moving on from our RV living … and love the simple, clean and modern design of this living space. We finish our blogpost today with the welcome return of our very own “Butterfly Whisperer”, Bill Orr, in action! He caught this amazing photo of a swallowtail butterfly in our garden last week … ! Until next week, Bill & Marilyn.
