Your mind and body work best when they work in harmony, it’s up to you which one you start with; you can begin by building a positive mindset and then start on your body or you can begin with your physical health and move on to your mental health; it’s entirely up to you; but there’s one thing for certain, if you only concentrate on one of them, you will not reach your full potential.
