Current Illinois abortion law contains a "trigger" provision that would make all abortions, and some forms of birth control, illegal if Roe v Wade is overturned by the Supreme Court.

That's why pro-choice advocates in Illinois have proposed HB40, legislation which will ensure that Illinois allows all women full access to reproductive health care regardless of the status of Roe v Wade.

The future of HB40 is uncertain and we need your help to launch a massive citizen lobbying campaign to call pro-choice voters and urge them to contact their representatives about this crucial legislation.
