When I was a kid, my parents really struggled with handling work life balance, the drama of running two businesses and raising us girls. Many times we could not do things others did because the business took all the resources. (It wasn't always financial. Sometimes it was my parents time, focus, energy, health.)
I remember my dad taking a third job just to help make ends meet at times. All in all, they did the best they had with the knowledge and resources they knew. But they worked long hours. Farmers hours- and we weren't on the farm anymore!
Decades later, I would have my own trials, tribulations and some major life interruptions that caused me to have to 'reboot.' This was hard- but a blessing now that I'm on the back end of some major revelations of how to start, scale, manage and build your business easier, faster and in a way that aligns with you you truly are!
And then, in what others call an overnight success, I "made it." Trust me. This wasn't overnight. But yes, I persevered and have a lot to share.
I've learned that making money in a meaningful way isn't such a mysterious process- and better yet, there are ways to leverage your brain to enable you to do things you never thought you could... easily, faster and better than ever.
