Slice & Advice
On Wednesday, July 19th, MCAHEC hosted a Slice & Advice event for aspiring medical school students.  Two Augusta University-Medical College of Georgia third year students, Kayla Bagwell and Marquenda Sanders, volunteered to come and speak at the event.  Eleven participants joined in and grabbed a slice of pizza, ready to hear some advice. Each came prepared with question s about medical school, the application process, picking a specialty, and more.  The event was a hit and something that MCAHEC hopes to be able to host in future semesters.
