Today, our everyday activities are mostly dependent on the smooth funcioning of the new communication technologies. This project depicts five stealthy characters engaging in a pervasive game played around the city. The main intention of the creative process was to use misdirection in order to trick the viewer by arousing suspicion and curiosity. Carefully chosen popular and recognisable Bristol landmarks are in tune with the activities usually experienced within those sights, forming the setting for ‘The Game’. An important aspect of the project was to incorporate urban sports into the script as those are inseparable from the shared experience of Bristol street life. This short film takes the viewer into an interactive journey between reality and virtual world, all set within Bristol scenery.

[Pt] As fêmeas do salmão voltam sempre ao mesmo sítio para desovar.
Sobem o rio com grande esforço e não comem nada enquanto não terminam a sua missão.
Sempre que os salmões desovam, grandes grupos de pescadores chegam à região.
Nessa altura as pescarias são memoráveis e os pescadores ficam muito felizes.
Conta-se que há mulheres que vêm de toda a parte para não perder a visita dos pescadores.
Juntos passam dias de grande animação e chegam mesmo a apaixonar-se.
Durante o resto do ano as mulheres sentem tanta falta daquela animação que por vezes até perdem o apetite. No ano seguinte as mulheres voltam sempre ao mesmo sítio para encontrar os pescadores.
