About The Exhibition
This series of Badass Women Portraits arose from a daily art challenge initiated on social media, which provided the timely inspiration for this exhibition. The artist, Lisa Chu, created thirty-one portraits in thirty-one days. She hopes viewers are inspired by not only the images but also the lives and words of this group of women from throughout history and around the world. She also invites viewers to share the name and/or story of a Badass Woman who has particularly inspired them.

To follow Lisa's daily art-making and illustration practice, with a theme in January of "Badass Women" from throughout history and throughout the world, follow @drlisachu on Instagram.
