KRA experiencing some technical glitch with their Simba System

In the recent few days, KRA has been experiencing problems with their Simba System.

Simba System is the online clearance system which is used by Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) in taxation processing.

Daily nation reported that KRA system was experiencing technical glitch which paralysed most of the services. This has also affected Dealpoa in service-delivery of its products and services.
Dealpoa had just recently spoke to KRA and we were assured that the system will be back very soon!

We would like to apologies to our clients whom have been affected with this problems.

  3. Can KRA provide the logs/reports on the system breakdowns!! It is very simple to know what the problem is as long as the system is operating on a computer.
