Let's get moving before conference! Walking, climbing, stretching and site seeing led by DYNAMAXX Workout Warrior Loretta King.
Enjoy Riverfront Park and all of the natural beauty it has to offer. The breath-taking Spokane Falls is a must see and if you want a good stair workout, there are plenty of stairs. Get your 10,000 steps in by 10:00 am!

The bus will leave the hotel Friday morning at 7:00 am sharp! (weather permitting) Wear your walking/running shoes and workout shirts**. Loretta will lead us throughout the park and we will return to the hotel with plenty of time to shower and get ready for lunch, shopping at the DYNAMAXX store and conference.
**If you purchased a workout shirt, they will be distributed Thursday evening at the Fiesta Meet and Greet to wear Friday morning at the walk. YES - there will be a photo opp!
