Hello Wine and Spirits Lovers,
We are now accepting reservations for our Great French Brandy Debate Tasting! Ed Kohl will be back with us to teach us about Cognac and Armagnac. There will be 5 Cognacs and 2 Armagnacs to taste. Watch for an email this week with more information on the spirits we will be tasting. Last time Ed was in-house at Top Ten he hosted an excellent Scotch tasting. If you were there you'll know that these types of tastings are some of our most structured and educational events. We learned so much last time that we cannot wait to expand our knowledge of these lovely spirits next Thursday!Do not miss a chance to have a master taster break it all down for you.
We also are accepting reservations for our Bordeaux Pre-Sale Tasting on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 7PM. We will be tasting wines from 2010, 2012 an early released 2014, all of which are great vintages for Bordeaux. We will try White and Red Bordeaux as well as dessert wine. Indira Davis, native of France and wine industry veteran, will be on hand to help with the tasting. The tasting is similar to the Italian pre-sale tasting a few months ago. We will take orders and the wines should arrive in a week or two.
The wines are discounted aggressively. Please feel free to order even if you cannot attend. Call or email me with an order. Pre-sale pricing ends on the October 26. Light food will be served.
We will be showing the Presidential Debate on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 8PM. If you're looking for a place to watch, come join us!
