Kiana Phi is an International Fitness Body Builder Figure Competitor based in Portland, Oregon.
Kiana's love for fitness started with a tennis racket given to her by her father.
That tennis racket, and her father's encouragement, led her to success in collegiate athletics.
Kiana struggled physically after college due to an injury that led to inactivity and weight gain. After her body healed, Kiana made it her mission and priority in life to get back into shape. Kiana studied her past workout journals, read fitness books and magazines, and started going to the gym daily. She found a renewed motivation to transform her body as she started to eat clean and schedule a disciplined training regimen.
Kiana won that first show which ignited another goal in her heart- winning her pro card. Kiana spent two years, maintaining a clean lifestyle, and competing and training diligently to become an IFBB professional competitor.
