December, What December?

In my last post I was kind of a tease and didn’t fill you in on why I’ve been such a bad blogger/twitter friend/bloggy pal. Sorry about that. I didn’t have the time (imagine that) to fill you in on what’s been going on.

Basically, since the Black Friday sale in my store it has been a little sweat shop in my home. I honestly was not expecting to sell as much as I did. To say I am blessed is an understatement. I thought I would sell more than a typical day, but boy was I under prepared for such an enormous blessing. Before black Friday my sales (on etsy) were about 450. I am currently at 782 and that is not counting the show I did along with friends and family purchases. And if you didn’t calculate it, that is just over 330 items I hand made in about 3 weeks. Now you can understand why I have been M.I.A.

I don’t want to take this time to brag about my success this Christmas season, but to thank each and every one of you for helping me achieve numerous goals this past month. I am so very grateful to all of you for your love, support and guidance along the way. Twenty Five Design has blossomed and I am so excited to see what 2011 has to hold!

Speaking of 2011, there will be some changes to some of the products already created as well as new ones being introduced. I would love to hear your feedback and what you would like to see Twenty Five Design take on in 2011. One thing I can reveal to you is a change in headbands. There has been some talk of wanting a more comfortable headband, therefore I will be changing some of the headbands to accommodate this request. I really want you to be 100% happy with what you have purchased. I may also be moving to another popular handmade hosting site, but that is still in the works. Etsy fees are getting a little out of hand, but we can talk about that later 🙂
