About the bride and groom: Both the bride and groom work in the arts—Kate a former company ballet dancer and model who now works in various artistic sectors, from poetry to music, to hosting a podcast, to opening with a few songs for her husband when he's on tour; T.J. a comedian and actor currently starring in HBO's hit series Silicon Valley (and is also the star of Yogi Bear 3D, of course).

How they met: The bride and groom both studied at George Washington University in D.C. and began dating shortly after performing in the university's production of A Chorus Line.

The Proposal: T.J. proposed in the sculpture garden at LACMA (next to the piece "Levitated Mass"—a massive rock levitated above a pedestrian walkway—to be specific). He knelt down so fast to propose that he injured his knee in the process, asking "You've put me between a rock and a hard place, but Kate... will you...?" Kate's acceptance was followed by the arrival of truffle fries (her favorite), balloons, two cupcakes (one saying "Yes" and the other jokingly frosted with "No" in case things didn't go as planned), and the playing of the couple's song from college, "Point of View" by DB Boulevard.

Specialty cocktails:The bride's signature drink, dubbed the "Rose Petal Pistol," featured a tequila base and was served in a squirt gun. The groom's drink was named "The Circus Peanut" and was served in an old cologne bottle.

"Something old, something new..." : Old: A pair of vintage rhinestone earrings and framed photographs on the bride's bouquet of her grandmothers; New: Valentino heels. Borrowed: A brooch from the groom's mother; Blue: Blue Swarovski crystal sewn into the bride's dress.
