Because of Pension issue Lots of good teachers don't want to join and serve in Navodaya .Same Qualification and same Profile teachers getting pensions in Others institutions. Because of this they are not giving his 100% Due to Mental stress of Insecurity. Quality of Education get Effected because of this issue.

Prime Minister and HRD Minister of India- JNV teachers Continously giving best results in the field of Education then why they not rewarded.
- They should get pension after his retirement.Lots of My Teachers facing problems and Insecurity .
- Its my humble request pls think on this issue of Best Institution of India
