New Self-Defense Class Thursday Nights!
Starting imediately, the 7:30-8:30pm class on Thursday nights will focus on practical application self-defense techniques, skills and drills! This class will help you to translate your kickboxing, martial arts and grappling techniques into proven self-defense tactics that may save your life, or the life of a loved one.
