Why do the blacklist hearings of Senator Joe McCarthy in the 1950s (http://www.answers.com/topic/joseph-mccarthy) remind me of what’s going on with vaccinations today?
I lived through and experienced those infamous days, and recall how everyone was overwhelmed in some way by what was going on in Washington, DC, because of one senator’s obsession: McCarthyism: Bullying attacks and accusations, sneeringly anti-communist and anti-intellectual, with a tendency to brand anyone who disagreed with him as disloyal, un-American or a secret communist sympathizer. All that police-state-like activity really did not make much sense insofar as McCarthy was able to ruin numerous lives and professionals, and instill much fear in the general public. One never knew who would be next on the list of being accused of ‘communist beliefs’ or being a communist sympathizer. It was a dark time in this country’s history because of one person’s dogged determination that HE was correct.
The same thing is happening today in medicine, I feel, but the repercussions are much more sinister and dramatic. However, McCarthy was only one individual who had it wrong; today we have an entire pharmaceutical industry with its ‘lackeys’—the U.S. FDA and physicians—along with the press and media, who parrot Big Pharma’s pseudo-science regarding vaccines and vaccinations, often promoting erroneous information in the name of science or deliberately keeping life-threatening information from healthcare consumers that would empower parents to make informed consent decisions regarding their children’s health.
That seemingly outrageous statement can be corroborated by checking out the CDC’s VAERS reporting system at (http://vaers.hhs.gov/index) and vaccine safety advocacy sites such as the National Vaccine Information Center (http://www.medalerts.org/vaersdb/help/helpChoosing.html); Truth About Gardasil (http://truthaboutgardasil.org/about); Age of Autism, Daily Web Newspaper of the Autism Epidemic (http://www.ageofautism.com); S.A.N.E. However, the really outrageousness of vaccine damage can be found at sites that talk about children taken away from parents accused of child abuse, e.g., Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS), whereas the real culprit was vaccine-induced brain swelling. Today’s vaccine lobby—with all its financial interests being more important than children’s lives and families being damaged—is extremely reminiscent of Senator McCarthy’s tactics and yet no one today has the inclination nor common medical ethics to stop these witch hunts being done in the name of medicine and pharmaceutical ‘science’.
Physicians, scientists, and researchers who speak out about vaccine toxins and damage have their careers destroyed not only by pharmaceutical companies and peer review journals, but also by the U.S. FDA and other governmental agencies such as CDC and HHS who function in cahoots with Big Pharma to promote its health-devastating vaccines. More and more, science is connecting the dots between childhood diabetes and chronic childhood diseases and vaccines!
Vaccines on a global basis are damaging too many children and adults, and still the media (print and TV) in the United States do not report about children in Australia, India, and European countries being harmed and/or killed by adverse events associated with vaccinations. That, in my opinion, is criminal. Healthcare consumers have a right to know what’s going on with all the neurotoxins and other poisons in vaccines. Isn’t it about time that the U.S. Congress realizes that it has been remiss and asleep at the switch in not investigating why so many children are damaged after receiving vaccinations?
