"Take One Great (Farm) Chicken & cook six dishes"

All our Chicken comes from the lovely Leonie at GREAT FARM just down the road in Whelford.

James will be demonstrating how a good quality "old fashion chicken" can go much, much further than a commercial supermarket bought one. He will prepare 6 dishes, and give out lots of chefs tips as he cooks!
