Ever wanted to experience the underwater world?
BREATHE is designed as a Scuba experience for divers at all levels- even if you have never been on Scuba before!
We take you into an experience of relaxation in a weight-free environment of the underwater world. This experience is designed for veterans and first responders who have unique stressors and need some time to just relax.We provide activities that help reduce stress, improve motor skills, and focus through fun.
A basic medical approval is required that you can fill out on-site.
The cost of the session is $45 but we ask that our veterans and first responders pay what they can. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $12 due at time of sign-up. If you fail to show you will not receive a refund or transfer. Again- we ask all participants to contribute what they can (even if its $0) at the time of the event.
You will need to bring a towel, swim trunks, and modesty shirt. You may bring your own gear if you like.
We will meet at the back of the building of the YMCA Aquatics Center off Discovery

Neptune Warrior is 501 c 3 non-profit dedicated to helping wounded vets, transitioning service members, and local Police, Fire, and EMS professionals dealing with seen and unseen wounds through SCUBA diving.
Scuba diving provides a safe space for those suffering PTSD and hyper-vigilance, an equalizer to those with physical challenges once they become neutrally buoyant in the water, a community for those transitioning from service, relaxation from stress, and sense of mission for those who have spent a career serving others.
What sets us apart is that we are open to all generations of veterans. We serve those with seen and unseen scars as well as those who are transitioning from the service or returning from a recent deployment. In addition we also work with local police, fire, and emergency responders who protect our local community. We are a grass roots organization serving both the Treasure Valley and Idaho/Eastern Oregon region.
