Hundreds of veterans and immediate family members have attended and LOVE these classes! No experience is necessary and NO FLEXIBILITY IS REQUIRED. These classes are FREE.  Please join us.

The FREE Connected Warriors* Yoga for Veterans Classes this week:

Wednesday morning – March 29  – 10:00-11:00 am at North Port Yoga Center, 1001 Corporate Drive, Northport, Amy Osborne RYT-500, Connected Warriors Instructor, and/or Natalie DiMauro, RYT-200, Connected Warriors Instructor. 

Wednesday afternoon – March 29 – 3:30-4:30 pm at Garden of the Heart Yoga Center, 2888 Ringling Blvd, Sarasota, Harmony Ananda RYT-200, Connected Warriors Instructor.

• Connected Warriors is a specially designed yoga class for veterans including those with PTSD, combat stress, traumatic brain injury, depression and physical disability. The classes are beginner friendly and tailored for your needs. All mats and props are provided for you, just come, wear comfortable clothing and experience the release, the healing, the energetic benefit of this transformative practice.  Your immediate family members are also invited to attend for free.
